Viktória has known since early childhood that she wanted to dedicate her life to working with animals. Her deep love for them, combined with a strong desire to care for and help others, ultimately led her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine. For her, being a veterinarian is much more than a profession—it is a true calling that allows her to devote herself every day to the two things that have always mattered most to her: animals and healing.
Viktória graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine Budapest in 2019 and continued to expand her professional knowledge by obtaining a postgraduate specialist qualification in animal welfare in 2023. Animal welfare has been particularly close to her heart since childhood, and from a young age she regularly volunteered at animal shelters. She believes that the role of a veterinarian extends beyond treating illness to protecting the well-being and quality of life of animals. In the future, she hopes to continue actively contributing to animal welfare and helping as many animals as possible have the opportunity to live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
One of Viktória’s primary areas of professional interest is oncology, a field that first captured her attention during her university years. Throughout her career, she has spent several years working in a busy veterinary practice, where she gained extensive hands-on clinical experience. In addition to treating a wide range of internal medicine cases, she has performed numerous soft tissue surgical procedures and developed significant experience in emergency veterinary care.
The care of oncology patients and conducting oncology consultations have been an important part of her clinical work. These experiences have further strengthened her commitment to the field, and she is dedicated to continuing to deepen her knowledge and expertise in veterinary oncology. When caring for patients with cancer, Viktória considers it particularly important to look beyond the disease itself and give careful consideration to each animal’s quality of life and individual needs, while also taking the owner’s circumstances and concerns into account.
Viktória is an enthusiastic and highly motivated veterinarian who considers continuous learning and professional development an essential part of her vocation. She believes that providing high-quality veterinary care requires not only up-to-date medical knowledge, but also empathy, patience, attentiveness, and clear, honest communication. In her work, she strives to ensure that pet owners receive the information and support they need at every stage of their pet’s care and can feel confident that their companion is truly in good hands.
